The upstairs verand features beautiful views of the Tucson Mountains as well as the Rincon Mountains. You will also be treated to a lovely vista of the city lights as the sun sets.
If you would like to take a scenic walk in our beautiful Tucson weather you can easily do so by stepping out your front door and onto the Rillito River Walk. Anytime of day or evening you will find people jogging, walking, or bicycling this well planned path that follows the Rillito River Wash.
You can also opt to take an invigorating swim or relaxing sit in the unheated community pool and spa.
Home also comes with High Speed Wireless Internet, land line, and cable TV.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
