Welcome to Casa Concho ~ this wonderfully peaceful home is set in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona. As you would expect in Sedona you will be privy to gorgeous Red Rock views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Enjoy local Sedona attractions such as Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and so much more all within a short drive of Casa Concho.

The main living areas of this home has been designed with comfort in mind. The plush leather couches and recliners are centered around the flat screen TV, set below the panoramic Red Rock views. There is a double sided gas burning fireplace that separates the living room from the dining room. There is dining for 6 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the cook and bakeware you should need during your stay.

Set off the kitchen and living space is the hall leading to the two guests rooms and guest bath. The first room is furnished with a queen size bed with side tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin size daybed and twin trundle bed. Both guest rooms have private entry to the backyard.

The master suite is on the far side of the home, providing a truly private retreat. This massive space has a king size bed, side table and reading lamps. A flat screen TV is perched above a cozy electric fireplace. You have a private patio with more Red Rock views from here. The master bath features dual vanity sinks, oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower. Since you ll be staying with us for at least a month don t pack lightly as there are his and hers closets to fill.

Additional amenities include: 2 car garage, BBQ grill, outdoor dining space and fenced yard.




House Rules
- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
