The roof terrace has two terraces one with a large seating area. The master bedroom has it's own private terrace and all have amazing views some including the Parroquia.
Great care was taken in decorating this home. It has a well equipped kitchen, fine linens in all bedrooms, an outdoor sala complete with a bar, fireplace and TV. There is also a large outdoor grill near the kitchen and an outdoor dining table.
Filtered water throughout the house, full time maid and gardener.

Night: $ 500 (2-night minimum) Christmas and New Year´s: 700. Week: $ 2,400. Month: $ 7,000
Peak season (November thru April) rates are 20% higher
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%. Two Week Minimum for Christmas and New Year's
