It has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende from the main level and is just 15 minutes walk to the Jardin. This location offers privacy and security in a very comfortable setting. Each of the four bedrooms have access to outdoor spaces. There are large and comfortable areas to sit, relax and enjoy the sunset.
This home has a large swimming pool, wine cellar and gourmet kitchen next to a large comfortable dining room. Full time maid and chef who is known for her delicious breads and pastries. Gardener 3 days per week. Pool heating is at tenant's expense.
