Upon entering the property you’ll notice arched ceilings and detailed stonework typical in historic properties in San Miguel. A few steps down you’ll enter the house and discover all the living areas and bedrooms are on a single level. Two guest suites are just a few steps above the pool.
There are three master bedrooms all poolside with ensuite baths. Each has air conditioning, fine linens and large closets. In addition to a mini split for AC and heat each bedroom has it’s own remote controlled fireplace.
The chef’s kitchen with adjacent breakfast nook leads to a large and comfortable dining and living room. From there you’ll notice a large outdoor sala with a bar, seating and dining area. The outdoor sala has a large flat screen TV. There is also another flat screen TV in a cozy den off the living room.
The spacious garden has both a coy pond and solar heated swimming pool. The pool is always at a comfortable temperature but can be heated for a small additional fee.
