We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Each home is provided with the following:
  • A fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and stove)
  • Pack and Play and high chair for guests traveling with children
  • Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board
  • Shampoo, hairdryer
  • Dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid
  • Toilet paper and paper towels
LOCAL BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all our guests and maintain the integrity of our home, we do not allow reservations from guests who reside locally (within the same city or surrounding area as the property). This policy is in place to help protect our home and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests. If you are a local resident looking to book for a special circumstance, please reach out before booking. Unapproved local reservations are subject to cancellation.
