The house is three levels. Very outdated small kitchen appliances. Everything else was OK. I wouldn't suggest having a girls trip here because the neighbor behind us got angry when we were playing our music at night around 830-9pm. It's a little drive to the beach but the golf cart was a major bonus! I can see where a family with children would love this house! Suggested for families vs girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Leone. The house was great, but the backyard was the best part! The privacy, pool, and putting green were all big hits with our family. We had a few minor questions come up regarding the property and all questions were answered quickly by the property manager. We hope to be back soon!

Plenty of room….the kids Loved the Pool!'m. The area was charming….The Beaches were fabulous…..Our only complaint was the vacation went by too quickly!!!!!

We absolutely loved the home! It was super clean and pool area was furnished perfectly-the bikes were a must with the traffic being so crazy! The only thing that needs a bit more to function properly is the kitchen-more kitchen appliances would be great! Overall stay was wonderful!

This property very good, with its features and location. It came with all basic kitchen appliances, such as dishwasher soap and a toaster, as well with cooking spices. This went throughout the house with towels for the beach, television for rainy days and fast speed wifi. The pool was a great addition to the household, and the garage included pool inflatables and bikes, etc. The location was beautiful, with a nearby fishing spot, and with a quick drive, a public beach with gorgeous water and white sand. I recommend this house and will definitely be going back here again!

The house was wonderful, nicely decorated, plenty of space. Our group consisted of 4 adults, 2 7-year olds, and one 15 month old. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and stores. I have nothing negative to say at all- the only recommendations would be to have some more lighting around the pool area for evening time and a few more (sharp) knives in the kitchen. So many extras- beach toys, boogie boards, beach cart, bikes, baby gates, beach towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Leone was the perfect place for our family of 10. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, Black Pearl pontoon rental and the close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. Thank you for providing a large cooler, beach caddy, big umbrella & sand toys for the kids. We had a wonderful week!

First time to siesta Key. We enjoyed the adventures to the beach. We enjoyed the home having a pool and hot tub. Plenty of table and chairs for card games. Our family had a pleasant stay. Would recommend a few items for kitchen steak knives, Saran Wrap, and storage containers with lids. If any family members who are not good with stairs would not be a good fit. Loved having beach supplies and bikes available for our use a huge plus!

Home was even better than advertised! Everything was so clean and nice. Love that they provide 4 bikes, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, chairs and more! That was so convenient! The pool and Spa are great! Thank you for a wonderful home away from home! Would stay again and recommend to others.

Absolute paradise

The property and surrounding area are simply stunning. We found the house to be super clean and inviting. We spent most of our time in the pool. There was plenty of cooking utensils. The times I reached out to the property managers, I was responded to super quickly. The only recommendation I would make to future guests is bringing a gallon or two of water, as the water on the key is a little funky.

The property and property management were great . The home is well stocked with items for beach, bikes to ride around neighborhood, and towels for the pool. There are some issues with the heater in the pool not communicating with the panel so too hot but guest relations sent someone out each time to work on it; The cupcakes upon arrival were a nice touch.

Wonderful family vacation! Siesta Keys beaches are absolutely beautiful and the sand is so soft and cool. The water was warm and emerald green. The local eating establishments were so good and little shops were quaint. The house was perfect for our vacation with all the amenities and comforts of home. The neighborhood, landscaping, pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition. Beds and pillows were super comfy. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach cart as well. The welcoming cupcakes were the perfect personal touch!!

Absolutely Ideal For Relax and Play

Beautiful private neighborhood I peaceful and yet very close to a variety of beaches. Well equipped and kids love hanging out in the backyard. One issue I called about was the hot tub not warming up and by the time we return from the beach about three hours later it was all taken care of. Very accommodating and of course the lovely touch of the personalized cupcakes was very special. This is the second time we have rented this accommodation and I’m sure will be back for a third

Casa Leone is exactly as portrayed on VRBO-A Tropical Oasis! It is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood just a short walk from the bay. The house perfectly accommodated all 9 of us. We enjoyed the pool, hot spa and grill all while being surrounded by the most amazing palm trees and tropical vegetation. The kitchen was pretty well equipped except for sharp knives, spices and storage containers for leftovers. We had a few minor issues which were immediately addressed in less than a couple of hours . Management is top notch and accessible with friendly staff. The best part of our stay was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at St. Michael's with our family and enjoying the beautiful beach. We highly recommend beach access 5 or 7 if you like less of a crowd. We survived Hurricane Elsa in this lovely home and felt safe with all the protocol management put into place by sending staff to secure all large outdoor objects. We highly recommend this house! We are very thankful to the Cottages Management whom helped make our stay a pleasurable one.
