The living room is ideal for entertaining, with cozy seating, a convertible pool and air hockey table, and a fireplace to create unforgettable memories.

Take a refreshing break in the pool or catch some rays on the tanning shelf or one of the 4 lounge chairs. Don t want to dive in? Then use one of the Adirondack chairs on the tanning shelf and dip your feet in. Grill up some burgers and veggies on the natural gas barbecue and enjoy dinner al Fresca at one of the two tables with combined seating for 15. Challenge your friends and family to a ping pong tournament, I got next! Rinse off the day with the outdoor shower and relax as the kids play on the elevated cabana with two lounge chairs. Put the kids to bed and enjoy a few cocktails in the spa or at the fire pit with seating for 5.
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
