Absolutely Wonderful

by Tabitha 2024-10-31

Our stay at Edgewater Vista was absolutely wonderful. The house was gorgeous with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. My kids had a great time in the gaming area and there was so much space. It had everything we needed and was easy access to area attractions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

Great place

Incredible stay

by Sharat 2024-08-26

We had an incredible stay at this property! Check-in was a breeze; we simply punched in the code and got right in. The Airbnb was spotless, including the beds, furniture, and all types of tableware—plates, spoons, and glasses. Our group of 15 had plenty of space, and every bedroom had a working TV, which was a nice touch. The basement was equipped with enough games to keep everyone entertained, although a pool table would have been a great addition. The hot tub was ready and perfectly hot, providing a relaxing experience. The lakeview from the living floor patio was stunning, and most of the activities we wanted to do were less than 20 minutes away. The host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing a grill issue we encountered. Additionally, there was ample parking space for all of us. Overall, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property. We highly recommend it and look forward to coming back soon!

Good

by Rahul 2024-05-28

Hot water was smelling too bad and patio was not cleaned. It had lot of spider webs. Rent Branson Reply- Thank you for the feedback. The home is on a pest service and is serviced in between is needed. The patios are cleaned before each guests but unfortunately, the pollen and wind have been making it difficult to keep the patios clean for more than a coupe hours. We do hope you enjoyed your time in your lovely home and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Average stay.

by Mimi 2023-10-23

Unit was roomy and light. We could spread out, play games. Definitely not upscale. 1 blow dryer for 7 bedrooms. Poor quality utensils in kitchen. ( melted plastic serving things) , unsafe. No plastic cups for hot tub and bathrooms for the kids. No attention to details for sure. Unit was not clean and maybe had not been rented in awhile. Spiders in tubs and showers, sinks drain poorly, floors were dirty( you could see spills) . We should not have to call for this stuff. Sure we could call for lots of things but what a hassle. We asked the girl who came to clean for a scrubbie for the pans but never got one.We have rented many times at other places and never for a higher end unit had this. Would not rent here again. Rent Branson Reply- We are so glad you enjoyed your spacious home. We are sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations. We do get great reviews on this home so are saddened to hear this. We do greatly appreciate your suggestions on the plastic cups and utensils. We will address this quickly. We hope you will come back and stay with us in the future.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our extended family trip. 18 of us stayed here and had plenty of room. The home was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The pools and pickle ball courts provided lots of fun, we barely left the property. Thank you for helping us make memories!

Wonderful Branson Getaway

by Krishna 2022-12-14

We 3 families had stayed for 2 nights, the house was too big for us but we enjoyed a lot. The house was neat and super clean and basement had games like foseball, gaming arcade and board games. foseball table was new but looked that it needed some maintenance as the rods were too tight and was missing oiling. basement had accessibility to hot water tub which was well maintained. The furnitures, kitchen and the deck was neat.

Great

by Julie 2022-12-28

This property was perfect for our Christmas vacation trip with my family coming together. Everyone had their own bedroom ensuite ,t.v.'s in the rooms, family area with games, all were spacious rooms.Kitchen had everything we needed to either cook or bring food in with seating areas to accommodate the 12 of us. Windows and deck with a lake view and views of the morning sunrise.

Everlasting memories

by Nathan 2022-10-17

We had an absolutely wonderful time with our large extended family in Edgewater Vista! The house was just perfect! Close to Branson. The kids loved the outdoor pool. us parents loved the pool with it being a very short walk from the home. The Hot tub with the lake view made winding down at night just even more relaxing. We had just the best weekend in this home is the main reason, a family tournament with video games inside the home. Many memories were made and this home was a big part. Rent Branson made our experience amazing and we are looking forward to coming back and staying at this home again for many more years to come.

Wonderful experience-Beautiful home

by Randi 2022-10-17

We love this place!!! It was comfortable and homey and we will definitely be booking again next time we visit! We had a big family weekend and it was so nice having a washer/dryer to do laundry every day. The private hot tub was great and so relaxing after running around Branson all day with the kids. The pool was just a short walk away and that was amazing for us parents, the kids had a blast with the slide and splash pad. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! All my kids said this was their favorite vacation rental! We can't wait to have many more family vacations at this property.
