This condo is almost a penthouse and is a walk-in unit with elevator access. This entire unit is on one level with no steps inside. There is beautiful wood-style tile flooring throughout and a large private deck with access from the dining area. The large windows offer a fantastic lake view from the main living and dining area. This condo is open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and island.

All three bedrooms in this condo have King-size beds and there is an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a TV and the living area has a TV with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has en-suite bath with 3′ X 4′ shower, a deep soaking tub with jets, double sinks, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd bath is off the hallway with a door to the 2nd bedroom also and includes a walk-in shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall laundry.
