Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: Subject to a $50 fee.

Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
