Policies and Fees:
- Dog-friendly only (maximum of 2 dogs). A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually charged within two weeks of arrival.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine.
- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will apply for violations.
- We are not responsible for items left behind. If an item needs to be shipped, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
- Extended stays over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after booking confirmation.
- Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
