Important Information Policies:
- Dog-friendly only: $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or non-dog animals will incur a $200 fine.
- No smoking indoors: A $250 fee applies for violations.
- Left-behind items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply for returns.
- Extended stays (over 21 days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually charged after confirmation.
- Unauthorized late check-outs: Will incur a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
