- No Smoking Indoors: $250 fine for violations
- Left Items: $25 handling fee + shipping costs
- Extended Stays (21+ Days): $50 long-term cleaning fee
- Late Checkout Without Approval: $50 fee
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
