La Maison Frenchtown Retreat
La Maison is a lovely 2500 sq ft, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom historic home in the friendly Frenchtown neighborhood less than a mile from Main Street. Walk less than 5 minutes for an incredible coffee shop, local brewery with wood-fired pizza, antiques, or a yummy crepe from a local cafe. Bike the Katy Trail, hop on the trolley, or enjoy a stroll through the eclectic neighborhood to explore Main Street filled with charm, restaurants and boutiques. This home blends a perfect combination of old farmhouse glamour and the modern day amenities. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. I live in the area, but I will not be interacting in person. If you need assistance during your stay, I, or anyone else on my team will be available 24/7 to assist you. Quiet, tourist and family friendly in historic Frenchtown near Main Street St. Charles, MO. Everything is available in this area that you would expect from Uber to Lyft to public access for commuter roads. There are also taxi services and bus systems nearby. La Maison is less than 20 min. From Lambert Airport.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
