Dog-Friendly Only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking to cover additional cleaning. This fee is not included in the initial room rate. Unauthorized pets or violation of our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
Lost Found: We are not responsible for personal items left behind. If you d like an item returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: Stays longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added after reservation confirmation.
Late Check-Out: A $50 fee will apply for unapproved late check-outs.
