- No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fine will apply if smoking is detected inside the property.
- Extended Stays: A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added for stays over 21 days.
- Late Check-Outs: Unauthorized late departures will result in a $50 fee.
- Forgotten Items: If you request an item to be returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
