Pets: This property is dog-friendly only (maximum of 2 dogs). A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per reservation to cover additional cleaning. This fee is not included in the original booking price and will be sent and charged within two weeks of arrival. Unauthorized pets or violation of the dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be applied if smoking is detected.
Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you request an item to be returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Extended Stays: Stays longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after confirmation.
Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
