- No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment.
- Left Items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind. If you d like an item returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping will apply.
- Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, added manually after confirmation.
- Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
