No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will apply if smoking is detected.
Forgotten Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. Return requests will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after confirmation.
Late Check-Outs: Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
