Additional Info Policies:
- No Pets Allowed. A $200 fine will be charged for unauthorized pets.
- No Smoking Indoors. A $250 fine will apply if smoking is detected.
- Forgot Something? A $25 handling fee + shipping will apply to return lost items.
- Extended Stays: 21+ day bookings will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee (manually added).
- Late Check-Outs: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
