Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
- Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
- Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
Pet Policy
- Dog-friendly (maximum of 2 dogs)
- $100 pet fee per reservation (charged separately within two weeks of arrival; not included in initial booking total)
- Unauthorized pets or unregistered animals will result in a $300 fine
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
- Reservations over 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee (manually charged after booking)
- Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee
- Lost Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping applies for item returns
