- No pets allowed. A $300 fine will be issued for unauthorized pets.
- No smoking inside the property. A $250 fine will be issued for violations.
- Guests are responsible for any items left behind. If you d like something returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
- Stays longer than 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged separately after booking).
- Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
