Guest Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our pet policy will result in a $200 fine.
- No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fee applies if smoking is detected.
- Forgotten Items: A $25 handling fee + shipping will apply if you d like an item returned.
- Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking confirmation.
- Late Check-Out (Unapproved): A $50 fee applies.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
